The aim of the solution was to implement an electronic document archive with connection to the main system of the customer and subsequent digitizing of the document archive with importing the data into electronic storage. Upon digitizing of the historic archive (its performing lasted more than one year in multi-shift operation), more than 1 million documents were stored in the electronic archive together with active business cases, with the daily estimated increment of 2000 – 3000 pages.
