| In 2007 ICZ a.s. acquired Informa MS, s.r.o., a Slovak based company focusing on hospital information software and Amaio Technologies, a.s., a Czech company focusing on the development of Java based applications. |
2006
| In 2006 ICZ a.s. expanded its portfolio into telecommunications focusing on the delivery of voice communication infrastructure and application services such as voice portals, systems for voice detection, contact centres and unified messaging. |
2005
| In 2005 the acquisition of Expert & Partner engineering CZ, a.s. and its subsidiary Expert & partner engineering spol. s r.o. enabled ICZ a.s. to expand its spectrum of network solutions. This acquisition made ICZ a.s. the largest partner of Cisco Systems in the Czech Republic. In late 2005 ICZ a.s. acquired Exprit s.r.o. (newly ICZ Slovakia s.r.o.), a Slovak IT services company mainly focusing on document management solutions. |
2004
| In 2003 and 2004, ICZ a.s. strengthened its ERP portfolio by becoming a part of the Oracle Partner Network and increasing its spectrum of solutions to include Oracle E-Business Suite and became the sole partner of Primavera Systems Inc. products (project management solution) in the Czech Republic. |
2003
| In 2002 and 2003 ICZ a.s. acquired and integrated through merger additional 3 companies engaged in network design and hardware & software resale. As a result of these mergers ICZ a.s. also acquired 100 per cent shares in S.ICZ a.s., the only company which was granted with a security clearance to the level “TOP SECRET” by the National Security Authority. |
2002
| In 2002 a financial investor became a 35 per cent shareholder in ICZ a.s. by providing new funds to fuel ICZ a.s.’s further strategic growth. |
1998
| From 1998 through 2001 ICZ a.s. gradually acquired and merged with 14 small and medium-sized Czech IT services companies, thereby expanding and strengthening its range of solutions and services into data network security, healthcare applications, card management, warehouse logistics, application development, web design & applications and network design. In 2001 ICZ a.s. started its operations in the Slovak Republic. |
